I’m starting with a new project, for at least 30 days, to post using my
phone iOS devices, only my phone, in the holy month of Ramadhan. For starter, I shave of my facial hair, only to start shaving on 1st Syawal 1434 H. That’s 30 days.
I’m not really a breakfast person, so naturally I don’t eat that much in the morning. But I do need my coffee everyday. It’s what keep me going. Ramadhan means that I cannot consume my usual dose, that can end up a minimum of 5 cups a day. Which explain, why over the past years, I experiencing migraine on the first day of fasting. Which explain why I doze of after sungkai yesterday, which delayed this post because it’s 2 Ramadhan 1434 H today.
Like I say, I’m not a breakfast person so I only had rice, omelette and yes, one cup of coffee for sahur. My migraine symptom only came in the afternoon. For sungkai I just had Murtabak and Nasi Kuning with chicken, drank ABC and a few dates. That’s it. Damn, no coffee.
To me, fasting is like detoxifying your body after months of abuse. It’s a good thing.
